Before you write
A few details help us sort things out on the first reply rather than the third:
- Order enquiries — include your order number.
- Damaged or faulty items — send a photo or short video of the damage, a brief description of the issue, and your order number.
- Returns — email us and we'll send you a return address and instructions. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your purchase.
- Product questions — tell us your bed size and how you sleep (hot, cold, restless) and we'll point you to the right weave.
