Refund & Return Policy

Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


365-Day Product Guarantee

In addition to our 30-day return policy, we offer a 365-day product guarantee for items that are defective or experience a malfunction.

If your product develops a defect or malfunction within 365 days of delivery, please contact us at info@orezon.cowith details of the issue and, if possible, photos of the product. We will review the case and may offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

This guarantee covers manufacturing defects or product malfunctions, but does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank, as there is often processing time before refunds appear.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@orezon.co and we will provide instructions.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the item is received.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
